Announcement PDF 25 September 2025 Delta Agribusiness Acquisition Update Late yesterday, 24 September 2025, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) updated its timeline for decision on the proposed acquisition by Elders Limited (ASX: ELD, Elders) of 100% of the shares in Delta Agribusiness Pty Ltd (Delta). A provisional date of 9 October 2025 has now been set for that decision. Elders and Delta continue to engage constructively with the ACCC to address its outstanding concerns.
