For the purposes of ASX listing rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information: (a) the Company is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and an associated proposed capital raising by way of accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer; (b) the Company requests that the trading halt last until the earlier of commencement of trading on Tuesday, 19 November 2024 and the Company releasing a subsequent announcement in respect of completion of the institutional component of the proposed capital raising; (c) the Company anticipates that the trading halt will cease on it making the subsequent announcement regarding completion of the institutional component of the proposed capital raising; (d) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and (e) the Company is not aware of any further information which needs to be disclosed to the market at the time of seeking the trading halt.
